Good Morning,
I am writing to share the following update in Sponsored Projects Administration (SPA) Staffing.
Jeff Warner, Supervising Principal Contracts and Grants Officer for the Non-Federal Team, will be transitioning to UC San Diego as Principal Contracts and Grants Officer effective September 5, 2016. Jeff’s last day in SPA will be September 2, 2016. Jeff has done an outstanding job since joining the SPA team over a year ago. Providing excellent customer service is his trade mark, always looking for innovative and creative ways to find solutions to the many non-standard research administration challenges inherent with the non-federal team. Jeff has been a valuable member of our team and he will be sorely missed.
We will be hosting a Very Berry Goodbye for Jeff on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. in the Sponsored Projects Office (Kahuna Conference Room). We hope you will join us in showing our appreciation to Jeff for his contributions to UCI’s Research Administration and wish him our Very Berry Best in his new role in the UC Family.
