There continues to be log-in and performance issues when using eRA
Commons. These problems are also impacting virtually all of the NIH
enterprise systems in addition to Commons.
If these issues prevent you from performing your application submission
or other grant functions on-time, please follow the Guidelines for

This IT situation is a top NIH priority. Engineers continue to work with
