Dear KC Users,
One of our two KC nodes went down today at approximately 2PM due to a hardware problem. KC is still running, but on half of the hardware; therefore response times may be sluggish.
Also, due to the hardware problem, outbound emails from KC are not being sent. Please continue to monitor your KC Action List 
until the problem is resolved.
