Dear KC Users,
KC will be unavailable tonight, 01/20, from 8:00PM-8:30PM for routine maintenance and deployment of select customizations and enhancements.
Two bug fixes that may be of interest in tonight’s deployment include:
· Preventing users from adding people in the Permissions tab without selecting a role.
o If a person was entered on the Permissions tab and a role was not selected, when the user clicked “Add”, they were directed to the Incident Report page.
· KC skips route nodes when KSAMS is unreachable.
o If KSAMS was unreachable at the time a proposal was routed into workflow, then all approval nodes were skipped and the proposal was routed directly to SPA.
o If KSAMS is unreachable, a ServiceNow ticket will be generated and routed to the KC/KSAMS team. At that time, any proposals submitted into workflow can be identified and re-routed.
