Dear Colleagues,
We are proud to introduce monthly eRA Office Hours!
These open computer lab sessions are meant to provide campus users with personalized assistance with questions or problems they may be experiencing while using different electronic research administration (eRA) systems for their proposal preparation and submissions.
These systems may include, but are not limited to: Kuali Coeus, NIH eRA Commons, NSF Fastlane, NASA NSpires, etc.
The Office Hours sessions can also be utilized for general one-on-one training for individuals new to these eRA systems or for those who just need a refresher.
We will limit the number of attendees in each session in order to maximize the time allotted to each individual.
The sessions will be scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month from 9am-12pm in AIRB 1020. Registration is available through UCLC (please use search term “Office Hours” to find the relevant course).
Please note that although the session is scheduled for three hours, you may choose to attend all or part of it depending on your needs. The open lab environment will provide you with the flexibility and option to come and go as needed.
