We have just been notified that our Grants.gov submission certificate has finally been renewed. Submissions can now proceed in Cayuse.
We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused, and appreciate the hard (and extra) work you had to do to temporarily move applications to ASSIST.
If you’ve already started an application in ASSIST, feel free to finish it there and have it submitted there if you wish. Or you can abandon what you started, and revert back to a Cayuse submission. Please work with your SPA officer on how you’d like to proceed.

Dear Colleagues,
Cayuse is in the process of renewing UCI’s Grants.gov submission certificate. This renewal process happens to coincide with the NIH October 5th deadline.
Although no issues are anticipated, it is highly recommended that if your faculty has a proposal due October 5th to submit as early as possible, to avoid any potential issues.
