Greetings Research Suite User Community,

This Saturday, March 11th, our Engineering team will be completing scheduled maintenance on the infrastructure that supports the Research Suite.

When: Saturday, March 11, 2017 from 8AM to 8PM Pacific Time

During the maintenance window, all parts of the Research Suite will be intermittently unavailable (including Cayuse 424, SP, and IRB), but all existing records will be preserved and no action will be necessary on the part of any end user. Please note, even if your application appears to be working, we strongly advise against attempting to enter data during the maintenance window.

The Support team will send out a notification when maintenance is complete. We appreciate your patience as we continue to improve your experience with the Research Suite! As always, a maintenance day is scheduled for the second Saturday of each month. If you need clarification on this month’s maintenance or have any other questions, please the Support + Community site and click on Get Help to open a ticket.
