To ensure timely review of renewals, we are providing a new option in KRP.If no changes are needed to the protocol, researchers may renew without a protocol transcription. This will allow immediate placement of the renewal in IRB review queue. ERA transcription can occur with the next amendment.
Please follow these instructions carefully:
1. Once in KRP, select: ‘Renew & Amend’:
2. When in renewal section, select: ‘No, the renewal does not require changes.’
3. When in the amendment section, select: ‘No, this is a renewal that does not require changes.’
