During the COVID pandemic, we allowed electronic signatures temporarily on the Form 700U to facilitate the research during very unusual and difficult times. As our campus is returning back to working on campus, we need to determine when we would be reasonably expected by the State government to stop accepting electronic signatures.
Please take a couple minutes to complete this survey to help us determine when that required transition to the State required process should be.
As a reminder, the Conflict of Interest (COI) team will continue to use the forwarded and uploaded electronic copies of the wet-ink signed Form 700Us and request the original, hard copies be forwarded to our office per the State law to avoid delays in processing.
