In December, 2011, AHRQ announced reduced budget limits for large research (R01) and large research demonstration and dissemination (R18) project applications (see NOT-HS-12-004). With this Notice, AHRQ informs the research community of an increase in the budget limit for applications submitted in response to the Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOAs) that use the AHRQ general large health services research (R01, R18) grant mechanisms.
