Dear Colleagues:

On July 25, 2019, the Division of Finance and Administration provided new composite fringe benefit rates for FY 20 and 21 along with planning rates for FY 22 through 25. The new rates can be found on the Employee Fringe Benefits webpage on the Office of Research website. Effective immediately, these new rates should be used in proposals and revised budgets, as applicable.
