Feedback Needed on KR Workflow

Dear Colleagues,

In early February, our office will be undergoing training in the principles of Lean Six Sigma. As part of the training, we will be simulating the principles by reviewing one of our current processes. We have decided to focus on the KR workflow process. In order to fully engage in the Lean Six Sigma training for improving the KR Workflow process, we need your feedback!

Attached is a workflow diagram of the *typical* proposal routing. Please respond to the survey here and tell us what the challenges of the KR workflow process are and what could make it better!
