eRA Alert: eSNAP Due Date Issue

As of June 14, 2012, eRA Commons is displaying eSNAP due dates of the
1st of the month for many grants. Consequently, the eSNAP eligible
grants are showing as being ‘OVERDUE’ in the system, despite actually
being due on the 15th.
What you should do: First, don’t panic – this is a system issue. We have
not changed our standard practices. You can still submit your eSNAPs in
Commons by the 15th and be considered ‘on-time’. It is not necessary to
contact your grants management or program official to discuss the issue.
The staff is currently looking at short and long term solutions to the
issue. As soon as we know more, we will provide an update.
