| As a follow up to the November 18, 2015 “Leveraging Opportunities with the U.S. Military Health and Medical Research Community”, the presenter Andy Quinn (McAllister & Quinn) will be at the Medical Center to discuss more in depth strategies for developing successful partnerships and proposals for the Department of Defense (DOD).
This is a small roundtable event with limited seating, so please email Kristen Pugh (kpugh@uci.edu) no later than Friday, 2/12/16 to reserve a space.
Objectives:
- Develop strategies to submit successful DOD grants.
- Learn how the Military funds health and medical research.
- Get one-on-one advice on effective ways to present your research to DOD leaders.
- Learn the differences between DOD and NIH proposals.
