Dear Colleagues,
There previously have been reports that the Subaward Transaction Summary (STS) was sporadically returning inaccurate cumulative totals and/or missing transactions. The email STS notifications were also inconsistently including incorrect transaction information. Through the diligent reporting of these issues from you in the department, our IT group was able to figure out the issue develop a fix. These issues should now all be resolved.
Please continue to use the STS and carefully read through the STS email notifications that you receive and let the ERA Team know (at era@research.uci.edu) if you notice any further data discrepancies.
