REMINDER: eRA Office Hours – Tuesday, September 12th, 9:00am-12:00pm AIRB 1020 *Public Access Policy Training*

Dear Colleagues,

The next eRA Office Hours session is scheduled for Tuesday, September 12th, from 9am-12pm in AIRB 1020.

This session will be held a little differently as we will dedicate time for training in the NIH Public Access Compliance Policy.

–9:00am-10:00am: NIH Public Access Compliance Policy

–10:00am-12:00pm: Training on Kuali Coeus, Cayuse 424, Grants.gov Workspace, eRA Commons, etc.

The NIH Public Access Compliance Policy requires that all investigators funded by the NIH submit an electronic version of their final, peer-reviewed manuscripts upon acceptance for publication, to be made publicly available no later than 12 months after the official date of publication.

During this time in Office Hours, you can receive one-on-one training on systems such as the NIH Manuscript System (NIHMS) to assist in getting your NIH awards in compliance.
