Users are reporting this morning the same issue that affected KR last Thursday (8/30), in which users cannot submit/approve proposals – you would get the following error: “The system has encountered an error and is unable to complete your request at this time. Please provide more information regarding this error by completing this Incident Report.”
We were informed by OIT that there were LDAP (campus directory/ID system) changes this morning and these changes affected the KR fix from last week. Both our OIT group and the middleware team are actively working on a permanent fix for this issue.
