Kuali Coeus will experience downtime tonight, Wednesday 10/26/2016, from 8:00PM-9:00PM, for the October deployment. During this one-hour period, KC will be unavailable. Please save your work often!
Items of interest included in this deployment are the following:
Conflict of Interest
- PHS continuing awards, Personnel Document: If one or both of the statements on the Non-UCI Investigator Questions panel are checked, files for completed form(s) 800SR must be attached.

- If the user clicks the approve button without attaching a file, they will receive an error message.
- Once the form(s) 800SR are attached, users will be able to view them.
Proposal Development
- Preliminary and Institutional Review Queues: The Sponsor Deadline Type has been added as a column in both queues.
- The Sponsor Deadline Type is chosen in the Proposal Development Document on the Sponsor & Program Information panel. The available values are Receipt, Postmarked, and No Deadline.
