Dear Kuali Coeus Community,
Kuali Coeus will experience downtime tonight, Wednesday 02/15/2017, from 8:00PM-9:00PM, for the February deployment. During this one-hour period, KC will be unavailable.
Items of interest in tonight’s deployment include:
Proposal Development:
·Special Review Tab: will allow new protocol number format for IACUC protocols created in RMS. (AUP-12-34)
·Expand character limitation for return notes from 2000 to 4000. This refers to the review notes from the SPA Officers that are displayed in the Route Log.
·NEW: Abstracts and Attachments Tab: Notes panel
o4000 character free text field for use by anyone who has the proposal in their node.
oBe advised: notes become part of the record and are visible by anyone who has access to view the proposal.
oGive the note a topic, enter the text and click “add”. The note is timestamped and documents the Author.
·Questions Tab: Compliance Panel: Update to the Clinical Trial questions
oRemember to update your Questionnaire for proposals that are currently In Progress to ensure you are answering the most up to date questions.
