Cayuse may be unavailable

Hello Colleagues,

We’ve had numerous reports from users being unable to access Cayuse – they are getting the following error screen:

Cayuse notification box error saying "No Private key available for decrypt, check settings"

We have a help ticket submitted to Cayuse for their input – we will send out a notification once access is restored.
