Dear Cayuse 424 Users:
The “Pair & Sync” function in KR is currently not working. On occasion, the syncing does not occur, even after multiple attempts, and you may receive an error message.
Our IT group has developed a fix for this and it will be deployed next Wednesday evening, 6/10.
In the meantime, please refrain from using the “Pair & Sync” function.
