IRB WebApps Downtime TONIGHT 4/9/20 7pm-8pm

Dear Colleagues,

Tonight from 7-8pm, OIT will be deploying an important update to the IRB WebApps (IRB APP and eMOD).

The below features are NEW and should be noted:

1. IRB APP: Add new required COVID-19 question
   1. Add new Yes/No question in Section 1
   2. Include question and answer in IRB APP PDF
   3. For protocols related to COVID-19 that are already submitted, IRB/ERA will flag retroactively on the backend
   4.

2. eMOD: Add new required COVID-19 question
   1. Add new Yes/No question in Section 4
   2. Include question and answer in eMOD PDF
   3. For modifications related to COVID-19 that are already submitted, IRB/ERA will flag the current protocol retroactively on the backend
   4.
