What?

A NEW ClinicalTrials.gov Registration Decision Tool is now available on the HRP ClinicalTrials.gov webpage.

Why?

The decision tool combines the registration requirements for Food and Drug Administration (FDA), National Institutes of Health (NIH), and International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE).

Technical Notes:

When accessing the tool for the first time, you will be directed to log in with your UCInetID.
The tool asks the user a series of questions to help them determine whether a study should be registered on ClinicalTrials.gov.
Please do NOT save or submit the form. This tool is solely for determining whether a study needs registration on ClinicalTrials.gov.
