The Office of Research is pleased to announce that AAALAC has continued its accreditation of UCI’s laboratory animal care and use program. When AAALAC conducted its triennial site visit in July 2024, it noted the exemplary commitment of the UCI research community to the highest standards in animal care and use in our program, which continues to remain accredited since 1971.
