In an effort to finalize all pending awards prior to the award processing freeze, please timely provide C&G Accounting your account and funds when you are notified of the need.

This is a reminder that SPA and C&G Accounting are following the award processing freeze schedule as outlined below. If you are notified to alert C&G Accounting of your account and fund, please send it back ASAP to avoid any gaps in account setup in KFS.

Dear Colleagues,

As a reminder, SPA will be going live with Kuali Research (KR) Award on October 14, 2019. In order to accomplish this system transition, ERA and OIT are coordinating comprehensive data migration from our legacy database into KR Award. This means that there will be an award processing freeze prior to the go-live.
