Research Security Training Status for DOE Proposals

Dear Colleagues,

 

As mentioned, Kuali Research (KR) will have a brief downtime on Saturday evening. After this update, the Research Security Training status will show as Complete or Incomplete/Expired only for proposals with a Department of Energy (DOE) Sponsor or Prime Sponsor. Proposals for other Federal sponsors or non-Federal sponsors will show a status of Not Applicable.

 

Please be aware that updates to the Research Security Training status may take up to 24 hours following the completion of the course in UCLC.

Dear Colleagues,

 

User will have limited access to Kuali Research (KR) beginning tonight (Friday, 5/9) at 5:30pm through 5:30pm tomorrow (Saturday, 5/10).

 

Updates are being made to the system that handles the attachments – so you will not be able to view, upload or download any attachments in your KR records during this time. You will still be able to view & edit the KR document itself and route the document through workflow. Only functions related to the attachments will be unavailable.

 

Following this update to the attachment functions, the entire KR module will experience a short downtime on Saturday (5/10) from 6:30pm-7pm to ensure those updates are synced with the KR system as a whole.

 

Please save your work and exit out of the systems prior to the downtimes.
