All individuals required to submit biosketches and other/current & pending support documents by the federal sponsor will need to be listed as a role other than “Investigator” in Kuali Research Proposal Development (KR PD) to undergo the RSIC review process. The “Investigator” role in KR PD is meant for those individuals who meet the COI definition of an Investigator who is required to disclose financial interests but not required to submit biosketches and other/current & pending support.
This also applies to faculty mentors on Federal Training Grants. We encourage all administrators working on federal training grant proposals to start the KR PD process as early as possible given the large number of mentors included in those programs for any upcoming proposals.
