Dear NIH or NSF Funded Researchers:
This is a reminder for all researchers funded by The National Institutes
of Health or The National Science Foundation. The individuals required
to sign the Federal Financial Disclosure (FFD) form include any person,
regardless of title or position, who is responsible for the design,
conduct, or reporting of research being funded by NIH or NSF, or
proposed for such funding, which may include postdoctoral fellows,
graduate students, collaborators, consultants, etc. This requirement is
not limited to principal investigators or key personnel.
To avoid delays in the processing of your awards, please make sure to
submit complete FFD forms with all the required signatures. Please
contact your SPA Officer or the Conflict of Interest Office if you have
any further questions.
