OR Cognos Reports are OUT OF DATE

The problem with our Cognos reports should be resolved. Please contact us at era@research.uci.edu should you experience any further issues.

Dear Colleagues,

We are experiencing problems with our overnight data feed from our various systems into Cognos reports. The data is out of date. The last update Friday, 12/17 data. We are actively working to resolve the issue, but have limited resource availability this week.

Reports that are affected:

Awards by Campus Area

Awards by Source by Campus Area

Personnel Awards Credit by Role

Material Transfer Agreement Count

COVID-19 Related Studies

CG Accounting Workload Report

Award Transaction Summary (ATS) Search – this means that if you’ve received an ATS email notification this week, when you click the link to get to the

Subaward Transaction Summary (STS) Search

Personnel Conflict of Interest Status

Reports that are *not* affected:

Institutional Review Queue  

Contracts/Grants Ad Hoc Query  

Note that the DW Query (Contracts/Grans Ad Hoc Query) is up to date. If you are in need of award data, you can use this Query instead of the Cognos reports.
