Please see information regarding training tomorrow (Friday, November 8th) from 9am – 10am through Microsoft Teams.

The Delivery Schedule Manager (DSM) is a module in DoD’s Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). DSM is being used by ONR as a portal to receive “contractual” reports, notices, and communications from awardees. The ONR Addendums to the DoD R&D General Terms and Conditions that are dated July 2024 now require the use of DSM, in lieu of using email, as the method for awardees to deliver reports to ONR Regional Offices. ONR is also encouraging the use of DSM to request award changes or submit a communication/question to the ONR Regional Offices. See the attached document, DSM Instructions for Awardees, on how to gain access to and use DSM. Also, the attached presentation, ONR Regional Office Use of DSM, provides some background on ONR’s use of this PIEE module.

Good Morning,
ONR has been developing the Delivery Schedule Manager (DSM) portal within the PIEE system. A brief outline is identified below. All awards issued after July 26th have the new T&C’s where this is a requirement. We have started to load new ONR assistance awards as of this date, and around Oct 15th ALL agency awards that ONR administers (both assistance/Contracts) will be loaded. It is ONR’s intent to have all vendors use this method within the next 12-24 months.
Access to the DSM portal is for anyone that would be handling and submitting interim or final reports such as… patent reports, technical reports, property reports, performance reports, and cost reports. Additionally, this is where correspondence may be sent from Vendor to ONR or Program Agency POC and anyone may see this correspondence in case people leave and so on. This is also where requests for NCE’s would be submitted, or other requests since this should all be maintained within the award file.

• IF you do NOT have access to WAWF you WILL NEED the DSM – Vendor Role
Individual access to PIEE is left up to the University for discretion.
