This Notice revises instructions for the inclusion of appendix materials in Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA) Institutional Research Training Grant applications. - (NOT-OD-11-101)
This Notice clarifies NIH policy for handling the resubmission (A1 version) of a New, Renewal, or Revision application (A0) to the NIH for which an appeal of NIH initial peer review is pending resolution. In summary, NIH states that if an appeal to an initial proposal review is filed, a resubmission cannot be submitted until the appeal is resolved.
