New KR Proposal Development Personnel Role and Guidance for Federal awards and subawards

Starting February 28, 2024, “Other Significant Contrib” (Contributor) is a new KR PD Personnel Role for UCI researchers on proposals with federal sponsors or prime sponsors that are required to submit biographical sketches and other/current & pending support but do not meet the COI definition of an “Investigator” (responsible for design, conduct, or reporting).

The KR PD Personnel list is an essential step in two compliance processes: Research Security & International Engagement Federal Funding Proposal Review and Conflict of Interest in research (for those federal sponsors with COI disclosure requirements). We appreciate your help in making sure the correct procedures apply. There is additional guidance online on how to appropriately use each KR PD Personnel role.
