As recipients of federal funding, we must comply with Uniform Guidance (UG) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). These trainings will help you understand these regulations and prepare for audit through proper documentation.

In these trainings, you’ll learn about:

  • Uniform Guidance and why it’s important
  • UG Procurement Standards
  • UC Procurement Compliance with UG
  • UC Terms and Conditions of Purchase
  • Overview of UC Procurement tools
  • Using the Federal Funds Checklist
  • Using the Supplier Profit form
  • Compliance for: Federally-funded Transactions, Federal Grants and Cooperative Agreements, Commercial & Non-Commercial Goods and Services

These trainings are inter-connected, we strongly recommend you register for both.
