FileNet is currently down, which impacts Kuali Research (KR) attachments including Proposal Development, Negotiation, and Award, and attachments which appear on the Award Transaction Summary and other Cognos-powered reports. The issue has been reported and the FileNet team is working to resolve. We will send another email when it is fixed.
