10/23/25:  At futuristic meeting, AIs took the lead in producing and reviewing all the studies (Science) Major scientific journals and conferences ban crediting an artificial intelligence (AI) program, such as ChatGPT, as an author or reviewer of a study. Computers can’t be held accountable, the thinking goes. 10/20/25:  Uncertainty Swirls as CMMC Rollout Nears (National Defense Magazine) Implementation of the Defense Department’s Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification program is set to begin Nov. 10. But how the rollout will affect the Pentagon and its contractors remains to be seen, experts say.
