ERA is hiring for a Business Analyst, classified in Career Tracks as a Business Systems Analyst III in the Information Technology family.
A candidate for the ERA Business Analyst is a solution-oriented, seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry-wide business process and analysis practices. We’re looking for individuals who can resolve a wide range of business process issues of moderate to complex scope and can demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions. The ERA Business Analyst has primary responsibility for analysis and design of research administration business processes for the implementation of Research Administration systems, software and solutions by facilitating focus groups among business units, end-users, key stakeholders; documenting and communicating key decisions; providing guidance, best practices and solutions. They will design and lead testing efforts by carrying out functional testing activities utilizing a direct and systematic approach. NOTE: This is primarily a remote position. Infrequently, this position may need, or be required, to work on campus.
