understand these changes. It will:
* Describe the policy change
* Provide an overview of My NCBI, a tool investigators use to
track and report compliance
* Describe the Public Access Compliance Monitor, a web based tool
institutions can use to track public access compliance
* Advise participants on where to find additional resources and
training materials
