The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Administration for
Children and Families, announced in the Federal Register yesterday that
effective January 2012 it will require electronic submissions through
Grants.gov or GrantSolutions.gov for its discretionary programs.
It is also changing its deadline time from 4:30pm EST to 11:59PM.
