The ERA and Industry Clinical Trials teams are excited to announce the implementation of DocuSign! DocuSign will streamline agreement execution and alleviate administrative burden on Principal Investigators.
What is DocuSign?
DocuSign provides electronic signature technology and digital transaction management services for facilitating electronic exchanges of contracts and signed documents. DocuSign’s features include authentication services, user identity management and workflow automation.
What does this mean?
The Industry Clinical Trials team will generate signature requests via DocuSign for Clinical Trial Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements and Modifications. Benefits of signature via DocuSign include:
·Remote signature – wherever you can access a wireless network
·No paper and pen!
·No login – simply access document and sign via automated email from DocuSign
·Complies with legal e-signatures
·Receipt of final, fully executed agreement
