Dear Colleagues,
An issue in KR was recently reported this morning in which users cannot submit/approve proposals – you would get the following error: “The system has encountered an error and is unable to complete your request at this time. Please provide more information regarding this error by completing this Incident Report.”
We were informed by OIT that there are LDAP (campus directory/ID system) issues this morning and is the likely cause of the error. Both our OIT group and the middleware team are actively working on a fix for this issue.
We will notify you once this has been resolved.
