Hello ES Mail User,
Your new Microsoft 365 (M365) account has been created in preparation for the retirement of ES Mail.
Please take the following steps to log in to your future e-mail system:
- Check that your desktop and mobile email client versions are compatible
- You can view our instructions here to determine what version you’re currently running as well as information on how to upgrade. If you work for an academic unit, please partner with your CSC for assistance.
Additional Information:
- In M365 (Outlook): A folder called “ES Mail” will appear.
- This is where we will be migrating your ES Mail data. We recommend that you not access this folder until you receive notification that your migration has been completed.
- The initial migration stage is in progress and is expected to be complete within 2 weeks.
- In ES Mail: Changes you make to the existing folder structure, folder names or movement of existing emails into folders may result in duplicate folders in your Gmail account.
