On occasion while working on a proposal file in Kuali Research (KR), you may encounter a system error and be presented with an “Incident Report” screen similar to the one below. To help our IT team determine the cause of the error, it is very important that you submit these. Please be sure to enter a description in the “User Feedback” section of what you were doing (or trying to do) when you got the error; be as detailed as possible. Then be sure to click “Submit Report.”
