Dear Colleagues,
As you already know, the upgrade from Kuali Coeus (KC) to Kuali Research (KR) will be on July 10th!
In prepartion for the upgrade, the ERA Team will be offering hands on training in the new system prior to the upgrade as well for several weeks after the upgrade.
All training will occur in a computer lab – so you’ll be able to go through the new interface, ask questions, and get familiar with the new system. We will also be covering other systems that you will be interacting with during the course of your proposal preparation that have also been modified and improved – such as the proposal review queue and the Negotiation module.
The first training session is scheduled for this Thursday, June 7th from 9am-12pm; and additional sessions are available once a week all the way through August. To register for a training session, search “KR Hands on Training” in UCLC.
