Support Requests for ZOT IRB and ZOT hSCRO

Dear Colleagues,

 

Congratulations on working in ZOT IRB and ZOT hSCRO for nearly 4 weeks! We appreciate you and your teams’ patience as we undergo this giant transition. We are winding down our “hyper-support” mode and shifting to ERA’s standard support.

 

Effective immediately, please send support requests (help, access, questions, bugs etc) to the ERA Support Desk by Opening a Ticket. Opening a ticket ensures that ERA can better serve and support you by locating all support items in one location rather than in multiple locations that are managed by multiple people.

 

If possible, please refrain from sending personal emails or Teams messages for support as they tend to get buried in inboxes and lower on the list of flashing messages.
