Dear Colleagues,
In addition to the July 10th upgrade from Kuali Coeus (KC) to Kuali Research (KR), ERA deployed a redesign of the Research tab in Zot!Portal.
The updated Research tab has a more cohesive organizational structure based on the units in the Office of Research. Several new/updated links are available and many redundant/old links have been removed.
Here are some highlights for the KR Upgrade:
- Updated all KC-related links to KR (Create PD, Searches, Action List, etc.)
- New Custom Reports (Replaces previous KC-generated reports)

Check all negotiation activities - Personnel Conflict of Interest Status
Check the COI status for personnel
- Negotiation Activities
- New Tools & Support Portlet
- Links to online training guides
- Contact information for system support and questions
The revised Research tab in Zot!Portal became available in conjunction with the KR Upgrade on Tuesday, July 10th.
