NSF Awardees: Project Reports Have Transitioned to Research.gov

Dear UCI Principal Investigators and Contract and Grant Administrators:

The National Science Foundation (NSF) is happy to announce that project reporting has successfully transitioned to Research.gov. This means that you will now log in to Research.gov to prepare and submit your final, annual, and interim project reports. You will also continue to use Research.gov to submit your Project Outcomes Reports. Report submissions will no longer be available through Fastlane.

UCI was one of 19 research organizations that volunteered to pilot this service starting in October 2012. Because of the feedback that you provided, we were able to help NSF improve the service before its final rollout.

Research.gov is NSF’s grants management system that provides easy access to research-related information and grants management services in one location; and it is the modernization of FastLane, providing the next generation of grants management capabilities for the research community.
