This notice replacesNOT-OD-21-069– Announcement of Childcare Costs for Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA) Individual Fellows issued on March 1, 2021 and corrects previously provided application instructions. New and administrative supplement applications must include the childcare cost request for the first year on the PHS Fellowship Supplemental Form (i.e. $2,500 for 12 months) and enter NIH as the Source. Any additional years requested must be included in an attachment uploaded in the Other Attachments section of the R&R Other Project Information form. Updates to the instructions are reflected in the notice inbold italics.
