UCI Research Infrastructure Program

Program Description

The 2017-18 UCI Research Infrastructure Program is aimed at strengthening the campus’ functional capabilities that enable cutting edge research and discovery. The overall goal of the program is to support instruments and facilities that are shared among multiple investigators or those that are formally designated as Shared Facilities.

It is anticipated that 10 or more awards of up to $50,000 each will be made this year.

Eligibility

UC Irvine faculty members may apply. Applications aimed at educational or service missions are not eligible.

  • Statement of Intent to Submit: November 1, 2017

  • Full Applications: November 8, 2017
